ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
Seven Paths to Personal Power is a practical hands-on course that creates a space of freedom and safety in which women can examine and enhance the very special things it means to be a woman. Women put on different faces when they are with men or their children, so our course enables them to remove themselves from the role of wife, mother or girlfriend and be themselves for a weekend so that they can be stronger back in the 'real world'
Seven Paths to Personal Power was established from a response to a call from women for balance, direction and power in their lives. Participants are supported to create positive changes in their lives and discover ways to nourish themselves physically and spiritually so that they can be the complete, strong women they were destined to be.

I was at a point in my life where I had been evaluating the last 20 years and not only looking for answers but also solutions.This weekend highlighted to me that it is up to me to take the first step on the path to a more powerful me. The care and support was fantastic and I have learnt more new techniques in a weekend than I have in 15 years.
I am so happy that I had a chance to experience this amazing program. I feel so many things- inspired, love, trust, faith. I know my journey will be richer for having Mary and Sandy's amazing guidance.I intend living in the moment, with the faith and knowledge that I can heal myself and forgive the past. This time last week I was at the point of giving up- with no belief that the emotional state I was drowning in would change. Guess what changed??? - ME. The entire experience was fabulous.
