We have put these four days together for those who have been asking that question for some time, those who wish to take the information they have and move to a deeper place of learning, discovery and freedom.

Four amazing days of discovery, clearing out deeply ingrained beliefs at a cellular level.

CHRYSALIS EVALUATIONS
When each woman walks in the circle and tells you how the have been changed by the workshop. I hope you breathe it in! You are constantly finding new and creative and loving ways to help women find themselves. Chrysalis was the perfect way to work through issues in a supportive environment. A four day workshop allows more time and opportunity for reflection and growth.
Thank you Sandy and Mary for the love and support you have given to us all. Through your guidance we have been able to look at our true selves and work on our issues along the journey of life.I have enjoyed the fun and togetherness which is special between women (girls working and playing together) Thank you for creating processes which help us grow and learn. My wish is that I can go back inti my life and continue to TRUST the Universe with Love and Compassion. To continue to be at one with my higher self and to be true to myself- Thank you
This workshop has been so fantastic. It went too fast. A life changing moment happened over the time, all of the love coming from everybody. I am so grateful being able to have been here. I feel that I found out why I am here. Thank you Sandy and Mary.
The last few days have gone so quickly I feel like I only just arrived. I am ready to go home but I also just want to stay in this space, where I always feel like I can be the truth of who I am without judgments. You both always create the safest space. I love you both so much and please don't ever stop doing what you do.
Thank you for assisting me in helping my spirit to fly free, for added strength and self esteem throughout the workshop. So often I get caught up in the third dimensional energy that can be so draining. You remind me of my strengths and powers that sometimes get pushed down and forgotten. Thank you for Sunday night- it was exquisite and uplifting, cathartic and truthful. Thank you for the sisterhood. Chrysalis is like no other workshop. You are both amazing women- keep doing what you do, the world needs your light and love and expertise.
Thank you Thank you Thank you. I accept that my onion has lots of layers and YES you have peeled a few more layers away. I promise to you both and to MYSELF, I will walk on, leaving the story behind and will be concentrating more on what I am feeling....I loved the processes ( activities) undertaken in the last four days. Although some where challenging at all times I felt completely, totally and absolutely safe and secure.I really honor the amazing work that you both do. I do so want to be able to really and truthfully be the person I really am.
Chrysalis provided me a wonderful safe space in which to rediscover the truth of who I am and who I can be.I found my strength, clarified my boundaries, opened my heart more, connected with my spirit and the hearts of those around me.Thank you for the time and space to learn and grow....and... to emerge and fly. A wonderful way of working with the elements. I love the flow of the workshop. The progression and linking of processes is beautiful and well balanced And the flexibility of the flow is great too.
